AAC`s turnover increased by 26% during the last five years, reaching over US$25 million. The net value of assets increased by 7% over the same period. Increased levels of activity jacked up the number of employees to 510, an increase of 5% over the five-year period. Most important however, is the improved work force skills and productivity that enabled AAC to furnish job stability, better income, a good working environment, handsome fringe benefits with new job opportunities for high caliber young people.
